Application
BLS-509 engine fuel existent gum tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in the standard GB/T 509 Engine Fuel Existent Gum Measurement Method, suitable for measuring the gum forming tendency of fuel (gasoline, kerosene, diesel) when used in engine.
Features
1.The instrument consists of oil bath and control cabinet. The instrument is small in size and reasonable in design.
2.The oil bath is sandwich circular steel container, Φ196mm, 255mm high, with 1000W electric heating tube inside, oil bath temperature control accuracy is (150 ± 3)℃, (180℃ ± 3)℃, (250 ± 5)℃.
3.Equipped with independent stainless steel oil bath, internal heating type; independent control cabinet control, equipped with float flowmeter and digital display temperature controller
4.The control cabinet controls the oil bath temperature, and control the flow rate of the external air source.
5.The high temperature oil bath and the control cabinet are independent with reasonable design; the oil bath is made of durable stainless steel.
