Application
The instrument new generation of fully automatic portable insulating oil dielectric loss and resistivity meter designed according to ASTM D924 and GB/5654. It can measure oil dielectric loss and volume resistivity at the same time. It is easy to operate with reliable and accurate test data.
Main Features
1.LCD display; automatic test just according to the English menu prompts; automatic storage and print of test results.
2. The oil cup adopts the three-electrode structure conforming to national standard GB/T5654-2007 with inter-electrode spacing is 2mm, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on the dielectric loss test result.
3. Adopts medium frequency induction heating and PID temperature control algorithm; It has advantages such as non-contact between oil cup and heating body, uniform heating, fast speed and convenient control, etc. so that the temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.
4. The internal standard capacitor is SF6 gas-filled three-point capacitor. The dielectric loss and capacitance of the capacitor are not affected by ambient temperature and humidity, so that the accuracy of the instrument is still guaranteed after long-term use.
5. AC test power supply adopts AC-DC-AC conversion mode, which effectively avoids the influence of mains voltage and frequency fluctuation on the accuracy of dielectric loss test. Even if the generator generates electricity, the instrument can even be operated correctly even the electricity used is generated by generator..
6.Perfect protection function. When there is an over-voltage, over-current, or high voltage short circuit, the instrument can quickly cut off the high voltage and send alarm. When the temperature sensor fails or is not connected, it can also send alarm. A temperature limit relay is equipped in the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace. When the temperature exceeds 120 degrees, the relay is released and the heating is stopped.
7. The test parameters are easy to set up. The temperature setting range is 0-125 °C; the AC voltage setting range is 500-2200V; the DC voltage setting range is 0-500V.
8.It has the calibration function of empty electrode cup. It can measure the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup to determine the cleaning and assembly status of the empty electrode cup. The calibration data is automatically saved to facilitate accurate calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.
