- Hydrogen Sulfide in Liquefied Petroleum (LP) Gases Tester (Lead Acetate Method) BLS-2420
- 【Brief】:The instrument complies with SH/T 0125, ASTM D2420 and ASTM D 1838.
- 【Series】:General Petroleum Products Testers
Application
The instrument complies with SH/T 0125, ASTM D2420 and ASTM D 1838,used to detect whether there is hydrogen sulfide in liquefied petroleum gas or not. The lower limit of hydrogen sulfide detection is 4mg / m3.
Structure and Test Method
The instrument consists of constant temperature bath, glass sample tube and flow meter, etc. Make the heated gasified liquefied petroleum gas pass through wet lead acetate test strip. The hydrogen sulfide and lead acetate will react to form lead sulfide that can make the test strip change color. Whether their is hydrogen sulfide or not can be judged through whether the test strip changes color or not. The color degree changes from yellow to black with the increase of hydrogen sulfide.
color degree changes from yellow to black with the increase in hydrogen sulfide present.
Features
1. The instrument adopts intelligent temperature controller for temperature control with self-tuning function to calibrate the deviation.
2. The gas flow is controlled by precise flow meter and can be manually adjusted.
3. The test glass tube meets the standard requirements and has glass hook inside.
4. 500ml stainless steel sampler is equipped.
5. Adopt foreign advanced PID temperature control technology, and PID parameters can be self-tuning.
6. The gas passes through thermal evaporation bath and the needle valve regulates the flow.
