I. Application:
The BLS-0030 Engine Oil Crankcase Simulation Tester is designed and manufactured according to the petrochemical industry standard SH/T0300 "Crankcase Simulation Test Method". It is suitable for evaluating the thermal oxidative stability of additives and internal combustion engine oils containing additives. It is a simulation test method for flat selection of detergents, antioxidants and anti-corrosion agents and oil compound formulas in scientific research work.
II. Features
The instrument can be used in two working states: coking or painting. One machine can be used for both purposes.
Adopting foreign advanced PID self-tuning temperature control digital display system, the accuracy can reach ±1℃.
It has fast heating, automatic timing, automatic shutdown and alarm functions.
The test fuel tank adopts a unique processing technology to ensure no oil leakage.
Patented aluminum heaters for plate temperature and oil temperature have long service life.

It is widely use:Ink, glue, latex, solvent-based adhesive, paint and coating, petroleum, cosmetics, dairy products, medicines, juice, paste, solder paste, red glue, etc.
