Application

The instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements ASTM D482 and the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 508 Petroleum Products Ash Determination Method, applicable to the determination of ash content of petroleum products. However, the instrument is not applicable to measure the ash content of the petroleum products containing ash additives (including some additives containing phosphorus compounds), lead-containing lubricants and used engine crankcase oils.

Features

1.The instrument consists of three parts: high temperature heating furnace, temperature control console and electric heating furnace. The instrument is small in size and covers a small area.

2.The heating furnace adopts integral structure, special refractory materials and heating components. It has short heating time, long service life and beautiful design. 

3. The temperature console adopts adjustable digital display controller with small  temperature overshoot and accurate temperature control;

4. The heating plate size of the electric heating furnace is Φ85mm.The steel plate of the casing is stamped, small, beautiful and durable.
